LEE MATTHEWS
Lee Matthews (4th Dan kickboxing, 4th Dan Sport Karate and 1st Dan Karate) launched the Academy in 2000 after serving for 7 years in the Third Battalion of the Parachute regiment where he undertook operations in Northern Ireland and Kosovo. He also trained as a Physical Training Instructor and spent a short period of time teaching Parachute Regiment recruits at ATR Lichfield.
Lee now teaches approximately 2000 students across the UK and has trained a staggering 25 World Champions, as well as becoming 7 x WAKO British Champion, WAKO Pro-European Champion and WMKF World Champion himself. He has also trained in boxing under former World Champion Boxer Richie Woodhall and WBO Middleweight Champion/WBC Super Middleweight Boxing Champion Nigel Benn
